If your vision is blurry or varies during the day while wearing a mask, you may have a poorly fitting mask pushing your spectacles out of alignment.

Ensure you have the right size mask and it sits under the frames then press the wire part into the nose and cheek so it doesn’t slide around and move the glasses out of position.
