Well, look no further than Lifestyle Optical! Just over a year ago, after an unusually stressful day in the city, - for no particular reason, I casually wandered into the Lifestyle Optical store in QVB. There, I was greeted by the friendliest, most down to earth, helpful staff it has ever been my pleasure to encounter anywhere. The range of eyewear was exceptional. So much so, that I returned a fortnight later to purchase the one which took my eye in the beginning. I had entered the store feeling flat, pessimistic & discouraged, & left feeling Fabulous, Optimistic & Uplifted!

I have returned several times since, & upon each occasion, from Management & all Staff, I have been greeted with the same cheerful down to earth attitude & Professional courtesy as I had upon my first encounter. Never once have I ever felt pressured either. Thank you Laura, George & your Team, for creating a little tranquil oasis of friendly calm, in the frantic pace & often impersonal materialistic chaos of the city. Lifestyle Optical? I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and love the professionalism of optometrist Laura. I never have a problem with my prescription lenses. When I moved from a single-vision to multi-focal 4 years ago, her meticulous testing & lenses recommendations made my transition almost unnoticeable for myself. I think this is a important thing to point out here as I have friends who transitioned from single to multifocal had so many issues with their lenses and kept having to back to their optometrists to correct the issues.

The customer service level of Laura’s team of stylists is exceptional. They always go out of their way to find me the best frames that suit me each time and their patience is applaudable as usually it is down to 2 pieces & it’s decision time.

Highly recommend to anyone who believe that their eyes deserve the best looking after. Five stars!

I was visiting Sydney from the US and a screw fell out of my frames causing the lens to fall out. Walked in to Lifestyle Optical and they had them repaired in 10 minutes. Great experience!

Omg I love this store I bought a pair of sunnies for my girlfriend and they fit her perfect and she loves them more than me � but yea really good Customer service and love the fittings of all the sunglasses range in the store.
